Apple has released the new iPod Shuffle, the world's smallest music player and the world's first talking one too.
A talking iPod? Apple introduces VoiceOver. If you are listening to a song and you want to know the title or artist, with the press of a button the VoiceOver feature tells you what it is as the music dips in volume. It also tells you when your battery is low.
It's also the world's smallest player, really it is. its 1.8 inches tall, and 0.3 inches thin. To make the device smaller, the controls have been moved to the earbud cord that comes with it.
The world’s smallest music player also happens to be the world’s first talking one. Two things that make the iPod shuffle one amazing device. Although it's physically small, the iPod Shuffle comes with 4GB of storage, up to 1,000 songs, that's hours of music!
Even the iPod Shuffle clip got a makeover. It is now made in stainless steel and can be attached to your shirt, jacket or backpack. The case is sleek and durable and is available in silver or black. And of course, engraving is available.
With every new generation, Apple pushes the boundaries of technology and convenience.
